As I'm writing I am really supposed to be asleep, but as per usual I can't, this sleep deprivation is really starting to get to me again and it is truly painful, whenever I have a period of bad sleep or lack of sleep my limit for panic attacks and/or fainting rapidly decreases and when I am supposed to go to school it almost always ends up with me having to cut my day short because I almost get panic attacks or in the worst case actually get a panic attack at school and for the record, that is something I truly and utterly try to steer clear of.
I have recently been to my doc to start the process of trying to find out what really is the reason for my memory lapses, why they have increased after I moved to the city and stuff like that. This is a problem I have always contributed to the fact that I've been through a lot in my lifetime and that it is because of the trauma, but lately I've been starting to think that it can have something to do with the fact that I've had a few too many concussions, so I've got another doctors appointment next week to get some more neurological tests done and to try to map out my life so we may try to piece some kind of a rag back together again with the memories I am left with.
